I used to be the last person you'd expect to teach this.

I used to be the explosive combination of what some call a “rebel” in all aspects of my life and “short-tempered”. Against whatever sounded like therapy, coaching, or similar. Ask me to sit down and talk about my feelings so I could “heal,” “improve,” and I’d have told you to f**k off.

Did I need help? Of course! My life was going down the drain, personally and professionally. As the cherry on top, it was discovered I had an ‘irreversible’ neural damage affecting my behaviour (short and explosive temper).

Did I find help out there? Of course not!!
Crysthian Medina

Like nowadays for many, I felt like everyone either saw me as ‘broken’, someone to ‘fix’, or they saw my challenges with a money sign. It always got ‘better’ when I received the general advice “just breathe” (are you f… kidding me?)

So, I did it myself. I decided to study behaviour with a different lens than all that I found as “HELP”.

My method is the intersection of:

  • Neuroscience. How your brain works
  • Neuropsychology. How your brain shapes the way you experience life
  • Psychosomatic work. How those experiences live in your body
  • Mindfulness. How you connect mind, body, and experience in the present moment
  • Philosophy. How you choose to live and act, once you can finally see clearly

Once you understand how things connect up there, and how that shapes your actions, reactions, thoughts, and behaviours, you can change it. That’s what I teach you: how to catch them and transform them. You’ll learn to read the cues.

If you want to get there without damaging others or yourself any further, you’ve come to the right place.

Welcome.

And, lastly… Did all this work? Absolutely, it changed my life in ways I can’t describe with words (yet). That’s the reason you are seeing this website; I made it my mission to share and teach what helped me to become the best version of myself yet.
